Tips
to
help ensure your project will be a success:
Know
your builder! It's
your builders job to know and offer the right
products, it’s your job to hire the right builder.
- Make sure
you have hired an experienced builder, NOT an
experienced sales person. Find out who will
be building your pool. Will the job be subcontracted
out..? Be cautious about the price given by
someone other than the builder.
- Check references, taking a few minutes to speak
with someone who has been through the process,
will prove useful. Ask for information regarding
their relationship with their builder. (i.e.
was he easily accessible, were calls returned
promptly, was there adequate communication,
did you receive what was promised, are you happy
with your product, and would you recommend this
builder to others?
